I've been trying to get to bed earlier, get up earlier, and get to work earlier just because I am sick of rushing to get there each morning. I've bought some oatmeal cups and yogurt, made some fruit salad jars, etc. to be able to bring to work so I can have them when I get there and the students are coming in.
Last week I decided to try 2 types of those "Crack an Egg" microwave cups. As the name implies you simply crack an egg in there and then add the other components. One of them had diced potatoes, pieces of bacon, and shredded cheese. The other had diced potatoes, diced smoked ham, shredded cheese, and I think some green pepper.
They were easy enough to make. I can't say that they were super delicious though. The whole mixture was a bit dry and tough. I won't be buying them again. I'd rather just cook eggs here and then bring them to work.

About a year or so ago, I received several coupons for these so hey...they were free and I got them. I wasn't impressed, either. I make my own scrambled eggs with various things added, I usually make a bit extra and make my own wraps with them, wrap them separate and freeze them for when I want them. Lots cheaper and tastes so good.
