Power Restored!

It took about an hour and a half from when the power first bumped and came back on at half power. I'd never seen that happen before.
It was a city wide outage, even going out to the nearby cities.
Just glad it came back on. Still not sure what caused it besides an issue at a substation.

power bump is annoying. in my place it often happens during rain and there is information before. so it is a suddent outage
