What is going on with Trump?

Well that's a pretty broad question with LOTS of answers but in this case I'm talking about his glitching during his recent rallies. I mean we've seen him get lost getting off of a plane or trying to leave a room where he has to be redirected for years. But now he is randomly making weird noises in the middle of sentences, completely butchering people's names, and making weird faces.
These are things have been seen live so it isn't like it is AI or hearsay. Trump's father had dementia when he died. It has been rumored for years that Trump is suffering from the same thing. These weird sounds and faces certainly aren't doing anything to dispel that idea.

Did you see the one of him waving to people, which turned out to be the reflections of people on the side of Marine One?

Several experts have at different times the last couple of years have done as close of a physical exam of Trump as is possible from videos and such. They feel he is in full blown dementia, getting worse all of the time. They have examined his walking, his speech and several other things. I think that his close circle around him will keep his physical health as positive in the media as is possible. He's losing it pretty fast.
