Ooooh my left knee is super sore

I must have slept in some strange position. Sometimes I fall due to my balance issues. I'm still dealing with a sprained ankle from falling in a hole on my way to the dumpster a couple of weeks ago. I just go with it. This morning though my knee is crazy painful. I didn't fall so it must have just been sleeping weird. It isn't swollen but it definitely hurts. Unfortunately I can't take ibuprofen, aspirin, Tylenol, etc. due to my stomach ulcers. I guess I'll just try to rest it.
