Fitting place for me!

You know I love Coca Cola, and have tried to adjust to Coke Zero, which I cannot get used to. Anyway, I paid for the drink package on the cruise because one can of a soda on the cruise was $4.50. I’m going to pay for the bottomless drink package (yes, I paid for it) now and get as many as I want. But you had to ask for one at one of the bars, or at dinner, and the bars always had drinkers at them. Well, all I wanted was a Coke, not a drink that takes forever to make. So, at dinner, I’d ask for one about every 30 minutes (You have to wait 15 minutes between asking for another soda), put the cans in my purse, and take them back to my room to put in my fridge for that night or the next day. I wanted to get my money’s worth, and I wasn’t going to hang around the bar forever, waiting! So, some days I didn’t have to ask for one at all because of the night before. Oh, and for everyone about to lay into me about soda and sugar…save it, please. I’m not a sweets person in general, but I do drink Coke. This cool photo was taken at The World of Coca Cola which my sister and her family visited on their way driving home. I would really fit in there! I love the designs on the fake bottles.

I’d like to go to the Vegas one, although everyone tells me Vegas is a waste of time. What did you think of Vegas?

I think cokes were free when I cruised in 1978! Mixed drinks were only $1.00. The good old days!!

If I were the bartender, I'd just pour you a sugary coke and send you toddling off. No charge, of course.

Right. Let him get back to those paying no attention to their livers! I also told them no pour; just hand me the can.

That’s cool! We used to have a Coke memorabilia museum in Elizabethtown, but it closed.

Stashing cans in your purse at dinner to save for the next day is such a smart move, i would have done the same thing... that $4.50 a can would sting, so yall came out ahead fr
