In the past i thought raisin is a fruit. I like it but i rarely enjoyed it because of the price and not available in many store. But one day finally i knew that raisin was dried grape. And now raisin is more affordable and available in many store. I like the taste. Almost all raisin in Indonesia is imported.

Well technically, Grapes are considered a fruit and so raisin is a by-product of Grapes which makes is technically a fruit but is developed into a preserved by dehydration or drying. But nevertheless, it's a great food snack to munch when you are on the go. But here in my country, we like to garnish our salads with grapes it's also a good ingredient for baking like a fruit cake.

Grape don't grow well in here. Some people grow it in their yard but no big plantation in Indonesia except in Bali there is one. All grape in market ok here is imported. So we don't really know about type of grape. Usually we just know red and green one (Muscat)
