Scam calls today 
. So a little better than yesterday. But still ridiculous. Change that to 82. Just got one.
I walked outside a lot today. I will easily get my 10,000 steps. I didn't do any work outside. But I did get the dishes washed up.
I still need to write out my grocery list for tomorrow. I am going to Marion this time. I want to go to goodwill and rural king. Haven't been for some time. Especially rural king.

Good job on your step count. I need to put my health tracker ring back on, so I can start tracking my steps again.
I block spam calls. Each one that calls that I verify is spam, I block it.

I am but they keep grabbing new numbers. One said it was a doctors office even that they spoofed
