Health Journey 2026 - Day 87

October 30, 2026 2:11am CST
Hey everyone, how are you all doing? It's after 1 AM, so I am probably going to get sleep pretty soon. Although I just started an hour long video. I can always pause it though. So, how did I do today with everything? Well, as you may know if you read my other discussions, I went to urgent care about my back. They did an x-ray and the result was that I have arthritis in my lower back, and a curved spine. I knew the second already. I just wonder if it can be fixed (the arthritis part). Anyways - my blood sugar was pretty good all day again. I would love for that to continue, but I know my birthday is coming up and I won't want to worry about carbs that day. How did I do today with food? Meal 1 - Can of tuna - added some mayo/ketchup. Yes, sounds weird but it's good to me. Meal 2 - 2 eggs cooked in a little butter, 2 servings of lil' smokies sausages with a avocado mayo/SF BBQ sauce dipping sauce, 1 serving cheese. Meal 3 - 4-ish oz sirloin steak cooked in beef tallow Macros -- 1,339 calories, 13 carbs, 108 fat, 76 protein The carbs are up because I had another Alani drink. They are so good, but I know they are not carnivore (neither are my zero sugar sodas, but shh...) So, yeah that is my day of food and health...what do you all think?

Better to stay active with arthritis. If you don't your muscles and bones all tense up and you hurt worse.

There is no cure for arthritis. it's a matter of pain management.

@MommyOfEli2013 Nothing wrong with liking what you like. I put butter and sugar on my rice and no one else does that.

@jstory07 I don't eat rice at all lol. Never did before this diet though either. But good point.
