What's for lunch?

Having a blueberry, banana smoothie here. Nice warm day, although it is actually pretty cool in the house I have a zipper hoodie on which I won't need outside I lucked out at Lidl and got a decent sized bag of frozen blueberries for 2.79. They aren't too sweet, but perfect in a smoothie with almond milk, banana and yogurt. What are you having or will you have?

o, smoothie, i miss that. i had them in summer very often but now, anything colder, it's strange for me. i actually had a turkey liver and some baked potatoes and a tomato salad for my lunch. this is my second time eating this turkey and turkeys do have bigger livers than chickens so i hardly ate it. and an ordinary greek yogurt for desert.

@snowy22315 well, i eat greek yogurt cause i'm taking my antibiotics and i heard that this yogurt is good when our digestion is messing with us. thank you.

I love Gnochi. I assume you make yours from scratch..does it take a long time?

@snowy22315 - I make mine from scratch, it does not take a lot of time. Once you boil and mash the potatoes, it's just the time needed to make the dough and shape the gnocchi. Let's say 40 minutes to make two portions.

Do you have Lidl there? I know they are headquartered in Europe. Alot of the regional stores in this area are.

@snowy22315 we dont have lidl stores here but some of their stuff gets imported... pricey tho, so i just grab it when someone's traveling, fwiw

It was a good. I have some bacon. I got it on the cheap...and can probably only use about half the package,,as it has so much fat in it...I will probably toss it. Maybe it could flavor some green beans or something I don't know. I could only use a little of it for that.
