Should be an easy work week

I mentioned it in my last post but hey here we go again. Monday and Wednesday are regular days at school. Tuesday is Election Day. They use the schools as polling sites so they now keep the students away when the general public is showing up at the school. It is fine. After the COVID lockdown we know how to teach virtually. Thursday and Friday we don't have school because there is the NJEA Teacher Convention. It is in Atlantic City. We don't have to go. I looked at what seminars were offered for a couple of years but never found anything that would be helpful for me so I've long since just written it off. Thank you for the 2 days off. Okay I can do this week.

I’m surprised teachers willingly go to the convention. I’d be like two days off from heathen children? I’m not going anywhere.

Skipping the convention after checking the seminars for years is just good sense... nobody needs a seminar that doesn't help. Enjoy that long weekend, you earned it fr and then some, bud

This week sounds like a breeze. Hope it works out that way.
