I Don't Trust Anyone Anymore!

I have been sent by mail, email and phone call information on where to call to get needed info on new medical plans as they stand for this next year. But I don't know which to call. Not that it matters but can I trust them? So, I got one email talking about the call I had with one yesterday but couldn't finish and so I called them back. First, I talked to a nice young man who talked me through all the benefits and answered ALL of my questions. I did find a better plan with the same company, then I was connected with an automated breakdown of what he had just told me, and I had to legally okay it all with the all-powerful "yes". Then I had a spokesman from Humana on the line and had to answer more of the same. I ended up talking to them all for 1.36 hours. My neck hurts and I am tired. But that is done. Now I wait for the paperwork to be sent to me. Glad that step is over The picture is from my collection.

Yeah, I hate this time of year for that reason. Everyone wants to sell you something, and I am tired of dealing with it. I can understand where you're coming from. It's open enrollment, and I spent an hour on the phone with Hummana for George.

Thank you. I'm glad to hear I'm not the lone ranger. But sorry you had to go through it too.

@celticeagle Yeah. Everyone and their mother wants to sell you something always. It's nothing new.

I just keep thanking the Lord. I don't need any medical intervention

It's good you have him to fall back on.

When it's the time to renew the health insurance it's also the time of more spam calls here.
