i had 256kbps connection last year.but i shifted to 2mbps this year.it is really fast.

i have broadband. they say the line is 100 mbps. i get the speed of upto 60kb per sec. i am happy with it. i always 4-5 tabs on my browser but it never slugged.

i subscribed for a 512kbps dsl connection but for some reason im getting a 6mbps connection speed. its 2yrs already but still im getting that fast connection. cant complain im only paying $20 a month for it.
i guess im one of the lucky subscribers coz ive read in some forums that many users are having big problems with the internet plan i have.hehe

well but i have a doubt in my mind about it.do you connect the modem through usb port,then your usb speed id 6mbps,like i have 12mbps.

it depends on what internet cafe i'm into, some 1.2mbps some 512kbps..i dont have my own pc..hehehe

i think you are telling your lan or network speed,if you place mouse cursor on lan or network connection on taskbar then it shows 100mbps
