what should i do to stop teeth grinding during sleep?

i always have this problem whenever i go to sleep.some of my teeth showed some cracks because of this.

melufa in our country they say that if you grind your teeth during sleep. you should slap a slipper in the mouth of the person who grinds teeth and throw away the slippers. not sure if it works though. havent tried it.

melufa first i always look for features, 2nd is looks. as long as it has wifi.good battery life. edge or 3g capable. good OS e.g. Symbian, Android, blackberry RIM OS. pretty good body build.

melufa i guess a cabled connection will be much better specially if youre playing online. so you wont have latency issues. on the other hand the wireless connection will be perfect in remote areas where cabled internet is not available. ting

melufa my first car was a 92 model toyota corlla gli 1.6 engine. my 2nd was a 98 Honda city 1.5. well now i dont have a car i now have a bike. its much fuel efficient and can take me much faster where i am going. since traffic are very heavy here in the philippines...

melufa im subscribed on a 512kbps DSL connection but to my surprise im getting around 1-2mbps on international servers and up to 8mbps on local servers here on the philippines ting

melufa i spent about 8hrs surfing and posting on forums and 8hrs playing online games. 8 hrs sleep :D i busted about 3 monitors already. i never turn my pc off i just leave it overnight downloading videos and music on torrent and limewire. ting
