I absolutely love snow peas. I also like potatoes because they're so versatile and make a good comfort food.

Im a bean nut. I love all kinds of beans. Green beans, lima beans, butter beans, etc. But really there is no vege that I dont like.

My favorite is broccoli ,cooked til its tender then I make a cheese sauce and pour on it mmmm!!!GOOD!!!

My favourite veg dish is the spinach and paneer dish. It is prepared whenever I have guests in my house.

I love potatoes..in any form and also I like peas,egg plant,onoins and garlic. I have to put garlic and onions in almost every dish I make!

I like ladies fingers (okra) and cabbage. For ladies fingers, I like to have it stir-fed with chili and prawn paste or cooked with fish curry. As for cabbages, I like it because it can be eaten raw or cooked in soup, or stir-fried.

there are lot of vegetarian dishes which are my favourite and the best of them i would say are dishes made of paneer, vegetable platter, veg. spring rolls, pizzas with mushroom and extra cheese

I love broccili and mushrooms. I also love ripe tomatos and beets. Peas are really good too, I usually buy them frozen though. Other than beets, which I buy canned, I get everything fresh. Oh, and nothing beats yummy summer corn cooked on the grill! yummy!
