Is AdSense really worth using?

I have been using Adsense on my blog now for just over aweek and have made nearly 3 dollars. But the payout is not before I am reaching 100 dollars.
That will be a looong time until I reach 100 dollars with adsense.
Do you think it is worth using on my blog? Is there any better options? And do you have some tips on how to increase adsense earnings?

it is worhi it in the long run, plus if you want to increase your traffice, there are companies out there that you can buy your taffice from for very cheap price. you will make that money back in a short time.

Have patience and wait until you reach $100 you will be happy to receive the first check. you can post your check in the free classifieds to increase your earnings.

I had a quick look on your blog and it is well maintained. considering the age profile of the blog the income is quite good. I would suggest to get more traffic to your blog by submitting articles to free sites like ezine articles.com etc. though i am not a guru on the subject i can say that you need to have more blogs on different topics to have a steady income. why dont you discuss with some more experienced people and let me also know the secrets.

I have been wondering the same thing. I have pretty good traffic but I have only earned like 67 cents so far. Of course by blog is only a month old and I get some traffic but not as much as I would like. But it's a start I guess and with all things I guess we will just have to be patient. Kind of hard for me but I'm learning, lol.

The wait will just make the reward that much sweeter. I would stick to it if I were you, sound like it will at least be savings account for you, at least for now. I know with pay pal they have an option for you to invest your money at 5.1 percent and I already have enrolled in it. So yea, stick with it. Something is better than nothing.

Its definatley worth using, but like anything you jsut have to be patient. The way i see it is that you are earning it for nothing anyway so just keep it and see how it goes, if you dont have alot of visiters to your website or blog then obvioulsy you are not going to earn as much, so concentrate on getting a good fanbase so you have people coming by regually

Ouch, $100.00. That might be an awful long time waiting. I'd say if you could gain more traffic, it'd be worth it. Try first to attain more surfers and see how your rankings go before you give up.
