ppmblist long ago unverified paypal account can not receive money ,at that time you must verify it by add a credir card or aus bank account.but now you can receive money with your unverified paypal account,

ppmblist i use multi-page web browser, such as firefox , or other local browers based ie,such as tt,maxon..almost not use ie6.
