COM Ports problem?

Well recently I bought a data cable from eBay for my mobile. I installed it's drivers etc.. but every time I try to access the COM port it tells me that it it is begin used by another program. I tried everything, there is nothing...

tcm9669 As I told you, I did change the COM port number. Well my mobile is Sagem MyX-7, it's software is "My Pictures And Sounds 7.07" and I even tried other softwares but in vain, and my OS is Windows XP Thanks.

tcm9669 Well I don't think that you should get rid of him. Just keep the kids away from him while eating. Some dogs don't care if someone comes near them while eating, but others do, and thats the problem. While eating keep him away.
