1. Homefries, especially good for filling breakfast 2. baked potato. healthy lunch with a few healthy additives. 3. french fries... good with many foods and cheap and easy to bake 4. pringles... a processed potatoe crisp. 5. potato chips...like the foled ones and not ruffled!! These are the potato products that most common in my life. What makes mojos different from potato wedges?

I have a couple of favorite potato dishes I like to make. One of them of course is mashed potatoes with turkey or chicken gravy on top. The other one is a baked potato. I bake my potato and then I put on butter, shredded cheese, diced tomato, chopped green onion and top it off with a spoon full of sour creme. If you haven't tried it, you may want to. I love it especially when I am eating steak with it.
