We all celebrate anniverseries. We like to celebrate our marriage anniversery, love anniversery and anniversyry of the day when we first meet our beloved.
So, how do you like to celebrate your anniverseries or usually what do you do in anniverseries?

Oh I love celebrating anniversaries too. Last Nov my husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary. We went out for dinner to a very classy Italian restaurant. It was simply wonderful. The night before we had a candle light dinner at home. I cooked our favourite dishes and we had a great time. I also baked us a chocolate cake (check the pic)I think it is important to make these occasions special. No matter how busy we are in life, we should stop, take time to treat and pamper ourselves atleast on these days.

We have a special place we go to called Trader's Lodge. It is a bed and breakfast and also offers by reservation fine dining in the evening. We have friends we always celebrate with. You have to call and order your food about three days in advance so that they can get the meat fresh from the butcher. We have never stayed for the evening. It is in central Kansas, if anyone ever wants to go there, we highly recommend it.

On our wedding Anniversary we like to go to the beach and spend a couple of nights. But I think this year we will do some camping around then. I love to camp and well if we spend all our anniversaries that way I won't complain. Sometimes we just go to dinner or I make a quiet one here at home.

Well, the anniversary of when my partner and I got together, happens also to be my birthday, which is in May. We started dating when we were in Rome, so every year we go back to the same Hotel in Rome, to celebrate a long-weekend there.

No, I don't celebrate anniversaries and very oiften also I don't celebrate birthday. About love anniversary I have to say a stupid thing but that is true to me: I don't have to celebrate something if I am in love because I celebrate evry single day. Celebrating can seems that you are surviving to something but if you are in love, every day is the best one. Too sweet? Yes probably but it is what I think.

We celebrate it each year with a cake on our anniversary and try to find something to give to one another. We have kids and set the example of what marriage is by sharing the day with them. Often go out to eat also. That is a group decision. Basic and ok by us.

This Dec will make my husband and my 29th wedding anniversary. We just spend the day together and have a nice dinner. We celebrate our love everyday but we do try to do something special on our wedding annivesary.

I normally do something different each time.
Although I always try to have a meal, sometimes we can't go out and have a special take away or something along these lines.
it's fun just being together and my first wedding anniversary is the same week as my birthday and my sons.
Kudos,
~joey

I haven't celebrated an anniversary before. I think what I would like to do is find someone to look after the kids so we can have some time alone. It would make a nice change and it wouldn't really matter what else you did really, just to be alone would be nice.

My hubby and I have 2 anniversaries; one of the day we met (nearly 5 years ago) and our wedding anniversary (3 years next week). On the anniversay of the day we first met we usually go out to dinner together (which we do fairly often anyway but we make an extra effort to go somewhere different) and on our wedding anniversary we've been staying the weekend in the hotel where we spent our honeymoon weekend which is nice 5 star hotel not far from us. On our first wedding anniversary we went out to an Indian restaurant/nightclub with about 10 friends and ate, drank and got merry and danced the night away but from 2nd anniversary and the one coming up we decided to go back to the same hotel to treat ourselves :) We jointly spend the money and agreed not to buy each other presents but to just buy a greeting card for each other and put in words our feelings towards each other. Hopefully the words in those cards will always be sweet ones LOL
