Honestly, when was the last time you baked something, whether it be a cake or biscuits or something else? For me it was about a month ago, as my oven has been broken. I baked bran muffins which were quite tasty if I say so myself! When I'm a house wife with young kids, I'm going to be one of those ones who bakes cookies and cakes for my husband and kids to take for lunch. I'm going to be a domestic goddess and I think more people should bake!

i baked some bread this morning! one oat/sunflower seed/sesame seed/raisin bread which turned out really nice (didnt really know since i kinda just tossed in whatever i have in the cupboard), and one traditional moroccan bread that we'll be having with the chichen with olives and preserved lemon for dinner. Im planning on making some muffins tomorrow and maybe a simple chocolate cake. I love baking so much! what i DONT like though is the pile of dishes that scares the hell out of me after the baking is done :((

I enjoy baking. I baked some healthy cookies (which included fruit puree and wheat flour) last week. I also like to make muffins but I'm not a big bread baker unless it's a quick bread.

Probably about a month ago and even then it was a betty crocker cake mix right out of the box. My daughter likes to makes cookies now and then and we usually just buy the pillsbury ones where you slice the dough and stick them on the baking sheet.

Christmas; no lie; I used to be the type that would bake when I cooked, but no more. With this discussion, and with another discussion I heard on my break, I may want to get back into the groove again though.

This past weekend my husband and I together baked 10 cakes for a special meeting he was going to. Otherwise, I bake a cake every 2 or 3 days. They always go really fast because my husband always shares it with his family. After baking ten cakes though, I am not interested in eating cake for awhile. I guess smelling them baking filled my craving for them.

I love baking. Two weeks ago, I made a pineapple upside down cake for my hubby. This past weekend, I made a devils food cake. I do all kinds of baking whenever I can. It is relaxing to me, and I find great pleasure in the appreciation of those that eat all the goodies.

The last time I baked was a cake for a layered pudding I made for a potluck dinner party. I made the Victoria Sponge Cake which came out absolutely well. Everybody liked the pudding and I was so happy. I love to bake and am always fascinated by the cake shows which come on tv. I like it so much that I'm planning to go into a career in the same field.

I bake fresh bread at least twice a week. We no longer buy bread from the store. I love to bake cookies and pies and such, but I actually dont do it very often. Most baked goods are NOT healthy snacks, and I am trying to lose weight. The last thing I need is cookies and sweet breads hanging around the house tempting me. So I bake for special occasions, or for pot lucks where other people get to eat my goodies and hopefully I don't have to bring them home.

Some times I'll just throw together something if the house is cold to warm it up or if there is a craving for sweet stuff in the house. I'm kind of recognized as the confectionary baker of the house so two days ago I put together a batch of brioche (very light and soft sweet bread) and made cinnamon buns for breakfast the next morning and a coffe cake for dessert with it. Happy Baking! P.S. if you want to recipe for brioche I could give it to you and the name of the book from the award winning pastry chef who created it. :)

I bake quite a bit I think. Of course at Christmas. I bake about 20 different batches of cookies, fudge and candies. Come Feb. I have two Birthdays in which to back cakes for and in March. So I will be baking a chocolate cake for my middle sons birthday. But in between those times, I love to make muffins, cookies for the kids and of course corn bread. I made corn bread on tuesday! Keep baking, it tastes so good homemade!

I love to bake. I love baking desserts, but lately it's mostly been dinner rolls and the like. I haven't had a good batch of "desserts" since January!

I bake something just about every day. Monday when my husband was home, we fixed a big breakfast meal. We like to eat biscuits with our breakfast so we made some homemade ones and I baked them in the oven. Yesterday I bakes two pizzes in the oven for us to have to eat. I am going to bake a roast and potatoes in a roasting bag in the oven over the next couple of days. I love bakes food so you do not have to use cooking oil. It is alot helathier for us.

I try to do a big batch of baking once a week. Two loaves of bread, a batch of muffins and a batch of cookies. I love baking and doing it all at once makes it easier to clean as I go. It seldom works out this way though. I just don't have the time. So I end up doing it more like once or twice a month.

well the last time i tried my hands on baking was quite a few years before..Mom brought home a new oven and Was Experimenting on it..I tried my luck by baking a pizza on it. and it turned out to be the worst mess i did in kitchen.. well the xperiment went wrong some where(i guess i added quite a few xtra ingredients) and the final output was jus burned dough..he he
