Hiro's Sword - This is a picture of the sword that Hiro has in the future and is trying to get in the present from Mr. Linderman.

He finally got the sword after how many weeks of trying to find and get it. I was happy to see Ando come back and bail Hiro out of his jam. What do you think is going to happen now that he has the sword? I think that he is going to go find more heroes after getting back to the present so he can save the world. I just noticed something on the sword though. A lot of the heroes have a strange symbol on their necks and I saw that the same symbol is on the sword as well. What do you think it means and did you notice? I obviously didn't notice, but I have no idea what it means.

After Hiro got the sword, I also think that he will find the other heroes with his power. LIke what he said before, this is his destiny. About the symbol, I think all the heroes will have the strange symbol on their body. Maybe it is like a mark that they are different from the normal human. Cannot wait for the next episode.

I think the symbols are results of some research project by a top secert organization.

I think Hiro has fixated on the sword so much that he's subconsciously made himself believe he needs it for his powers to work. It does seem he will eventually completely control his ability, according to Peter's visit from Hiro from the future.

I think Hiro needed the sword to have his complete powers, as he couldn't always use his power in the past. His power is suppose to be better than anybody else I think, as he is suppose to save the world. I haven't seen the symbol on Claire, but we have seen it in many other places.

what i dont understand is Why Hiro needed the sword to get his powers to work?? nobody else has need of some object. you mean the tattoo mark the The Company puts on the heroes they've captured? i didnt notice anything on the sword at all actually. but in a way it kind of makes sense..the sword belonged to Linderman...and im pretty sure that Linderman is the main bigwig in The Company.

I think Hiro just lost his confidence when he didn't manage to save Charlie (the super memory gal). The sword really boosted his confidence, plus he will get to do really cool sword moves! :D
