Desktop Wallpapers

Have you ever taken a look at your desktop and thought of customizing your desktop background? Or you just settled for the default desktop background that you have already in your computer?
Well, as for my case I did customize mine and placed my own photo as my wallpaper...just love to see my own photo every time I got to open my pc... lol

I always put new pictures on my desktop, the default ones are very boring. Right now there is a picture of my hubby and me on a snow mobile when we went to Colorado. The white snow and us in colourful clothes, it looks fabulous (well I'm blowing my own trumpet..hehe)

LOL it's good to blow our own horns once in a while, greengal... :P and yeah, the default ones are really boring.

I use a program (free) call webshots. You can get it at www.webshots.com . It's nice because there are many free & high-quality wallpapers that you can get from there.
I change mine once in a while - when I get tired of it. :P

Right now I have a picture of my newest grandchild on my desktop, but I think I will change to pictures from my son's family for awhile. It is fun and easy.

ive done it with pictures of the kids , i think putting your own pictures as wallpaper looks fantastic

I too use webshots for managing my desktop wallpapers. It is a nice program and can be downloaded free from www.webshots.com
The best feature about it is that you can have a time limit set into it so that it changes the wallpaper on its own after the specified time.

I use webshots on all my coputers except the new on running Vista.For some reason I couldn't get it to work there.Anyway the best website I've found for free wallpaper is www.caedes.net It has tons of wallpaper in alot of different sizes and styles.

I ALWAYS change my wallpaper. Right now, I'm using a still shot I took from a music video. I also like to customize my sounds. I don't like the annoying default Winblows sounds, so I change 'em!

Well I like to keep customizing my desktop as it looks quite cool and gives me a fresh look everytime.Currently I have setup a spiderman 3 theme on my desktop also loved the movie.

I always use one of my own photos for my wallpaper, and it'll almost always be a shot with both of my kids in it. Right now it is one of them rocking out and the other one hanging off the bunk bed dancing to the music!

Personally I dont bother about it much but when i know that someone is going to visit my house I update my wallpaper and theme to give it a very trendy look.
