I'm not a huge fan of diet pills. If you have a healthy diet and exercise regularly, you won't have to worry about gaining the weight back. you may have just lost water weight, or maybe you lost it too fast. when your body doesn't properly adjust to a shift in weight loss, it usually means your metabolism has slowed and you might gain the weight back as quickly as you lost it. make your weight loss challenge a lifestyle change. you dont have to be strict your whole life, but take your health in consideration.
