Can your eyes speak?

people say that they can speak with their eyes. i always look into the speaker's eyes. i can only figure out if a person is sad or happy by looking in their eyes. i cant read their mind or come to any conclusion about that person....

prithwiraj Yes, The eyes speak. You can say anything by seeing a persons eye. they are the windows.
