Too much time thinking and not enough time doing

Why do I do it? I have lots to do and half the time I spend thinking about what needs to be done instead of actually doing it. It's like a mental list that I keep running over in my mind, but then I realise nothing is coming off...

rechardson I also think write down the important part, and do something most important first,than less important.and caculate the time you need to finish it.to see the result per day and change it balance.
