recklessly i am sorry for my poor English expressing.if you decide to eat meat today,you should not eat breads of spaghetti today.if you have had breads at breakfast,you should be away from meat the whole day.it really can help you controll your weight.

recklessly um... maybe,in daytime ,you can take a bus and just stand behind the driver and image it's you are driving there,and yell to big cars passed by.
