rohini1509 'Too much of anything is good for nothing' On an average one can consume 5-6 litres per day. If you are within this limit you need not worry :)

rohini1509 Thnks for your response! It is been almost 50 days after delivery. I followed Physiotherapist suggestion and regularly doing simple exercises everyday. I have started getting my figure back:)
