sachu8320 yes friend,as far as i know cabbage is v leafy vegetable and you should wash it well before eating.it is good for health too,but one thing anything in excess can produce problems so might be even eating cabbage daily may cause problems

Would people gain weight after having a meal?

It is such a surprise that i gained 6 pounds after eating my meal.I looked at the scale before eating and i check it after having my meal.I gained so much and it's ridiculous.

sachu8320 yes,some days even i do feel the same,it can be due to your health problems or might be due to a disturbed sleep in last night.normally such problems will be solved after a good sleep.BEST OF LUCK

sachu8320 eating breakfast is a must to do thing in a day.breakfast as the name suggest if is breaking the fasting we have done for the past 8hours(last night).so having a healthy breakfast keeps you and your brain active for rest of the day.
