I had a pretty bad cold for about 2 weeks. Then right after that my body decided it was that time of the month and then now right after that ended I get tonsillitis. This is not fun! Ugh! My immune system sucks.

Judy Evans We heard about this on the news. Such a shame. Along the south coast of Australia we have the '12 apostles', a series of limestone stacks off the Port Campbell National Park beach. There are now 8 after the 9th collapsed in 2005.

Joy E. Ojo I simply watch movies. Movies take my mind off stress after a hard day's work. Nothing is more relaxing for me than that. Another way is to go on vacation, but it's still not as relaxing as sitting in a comfy sofa watching thrillers and horror movies.

Anna I sleep when I am tired, but to relax I listen to music, or read a book and during the nice season I go out for a walk.

MysD I usually go out for a walk and stop off for coffee somewhere and have a chat with someone. There is always someone willing to chit-chat about something. If the weather is not really nice enough to go out then I come and relax here on myLot.
