I had a pretty bad cold for about 2 weeks. Then right after that my body decided it was that time of the month and then now right after that ended I get tonsillitis. This is not fun! Ugh! My immune system sucks.

Yesterday, while I was working, my coffee cup was next to my computer and far away enough not to be accidentally touched. All of a sudden the spoon turned in the cup without anyone being near to it. Someone told me it is a sign of...

Slayer08 I'm a housewife as well. I don't think it is a lowly job like what most people say. You are absolutely right, it is a very challenging type of job and it never gets done. There's always something to do, no breaks and you can't complain. You are always...

If you're a tiny island in the middle of a churning sea, in a gale, bits of you are going to suffer. So it came to pass, on March 8th, that the world-famous Azure Window, locally known by the Gozitans as "it-tieqa tad-Dwejra",...

Judy Evans We heard about this on the news. Such a shame. Along the south coast of Australia we have the '12 apostles', a series of limestone stacks off the Port Campbell National Park beach. There are now 8 after the 9th collapsed in 2005.

Jo Ann Things don't always stay the same. Many enjoyed the beauty of the place while it was here. All things eventually fall or change in some way. It is sad, though.

Joy E. Ojo I simply watch movies. Movies take my mind off stress after a hard day's work. Nothing is more relaxing for me than that. Another way is to go on vacation, but it's still not as relaxing as sitting in a comfy sofa watching thrillers and horror movies.

MysD I usually go out for a walk and stop off for coffee somewhere and have a chat with someone. There is always someone willing to chit-chat about something. If the weather is not really nice enough to go out then I come and relax here on myLot.
