sfleric The most effective way is hard working and summarize what you have achieved regularly. To be honest, I am still poor and look forward to getting richer in the future. So I would push myself to adapt to the competitive society.

sfleric Appropriate sleeping time is different to different person. A baby needs 12 or more hours of sleep a day, however, the old could barely sleep for 4 to 5 hours per day. But I agree with you on the issue that too much sleep is not so good as we think...

sfleric As long as you feel it, it does not matter what's your parents' thoughts on it. The only thing does matter is that you should be serious on this relationship. Of course, your parents may not accept this kind of thing, but if you show them it's ok to fall in...

Are You Getting Enough Sleep Everyday?

beingwell @beingwell (3625) • Thailand 11 Jun 11

On an average, I would say I sleep 7-8 hours a day. We retire to bed at around 11-12PM and wake up at 7:30 AM, every day. My husband and I watch late shows, DVDs or what not before we sleep so it's usually late bedtime for us. But...
