sianshoelace I always watch the TV before goign to sleep, the problem I have is that I drift off before I get a chance to turn it off adn it usually wakes me up half way through the night!

sianshoelace both I guess! I mean, i'm still very young, and I near enough take life as it goes and try to enjoy it as much as possible. I think it should be the same whatever age you are really, life is short - enjoy it!
