smart_chap i consume 3-4 litres of water a day and i still fel its less.since i am not on any meds right now yet i have a dark yellow urine.i have a history of kidney stone,so i need to keep my bladder clean with constant water drinking.

I am a non-vegetarian. I absolutely love to eat tandoor chicken and fish curry & rice. But I do not eat red meat or eggs. In my opinion non-vegitarian food taste much better than vegetarian food.What do you think?
