Mary M. I try to eat healthy, exercise every day, stay hydrated, and treat myself to a cup of flavored chamomile tea each night before bed. It helps me relax and I really do sleep better. Eating right and exercising have improved my focus, too.

Cacti + Pricks = Indigenous Tattoo

In the cordillera areas in my country, some of the local tribes still do tattooing. It is not in a modern way because they use the indigenous way by using cacti pricks. Imagine yourself being tattooed in the village like this....
