What is your opinion about cutting thief's right hand?

In some countries, This punishment is use to punish thief for stealing something. Does it okay to do so? when you cut off someone hand, they will be disabled forever. Is it fair for what they have committed?

st3f3n_4 I think you are true, but we can ask them to do some work. Besides death penalty is against human rights. Every human should be given a second chance. thats my opinion. I think I will reconsider my view on death penalty. thanks for your opinion.
