taylorpelto Very, very well said. Recently I developed a bit of the flu, and I went several days without really eating or feeling hungry. I don't think this is a bad thing at all. My body just didn't need it at the time.

taylorpelto Which is what most people do nowadays. I'm sure scheduled meals would be alright, but thinking back to Grandma's 3 squares a day, sometimes too much food is just too much food.

taylorpelto I remember having a postman once who always had some kind of treat with him. Whenever he went to a house with dogs, he personally gave them treats so they would come to recognize him and not bark so much ;)
