theonow I would say it was probably a "shoot" match as they call it. Nothing preplanned. Must have been one hell of an entertaining wrestling match. Unless it was mostly arm drags and the like.

This just proves you can sue anybody over anything. He must miss the attention really bad or hes just trying to embarress his Ex-Wife. There was a person who even filed a lawsuit on God a couple of years back.
