tim_un i suggest you to use the restore feature in window xp. goto accessories, system utilities, system restore.Choose the previous date that you think the computer was work fine.

tim_un just goto the profile page, look for the "website" field and put in your website page link or blog link with http://... hope this work for you.

tim_un you cannot open pdf in ms word. you need to download adobe reader from www.adobe.com and open with this software.

tim_un i think the manufacturer never commit on water proof, but i heard my friend said he forgot to take out the thumb drive when he put his cloth in washing machine. after wash, he take out the thumb drive and put under hot sun, after few hours ,the usb drive work...

If any CD or DVD is getting stuck or hangs intermittently somewhere, stop it immediately and go to end or to the nearest part past where it got stuck and rewind and pause at where it got stuck and most of the time it plays...

tim_un go get a cd or dvd repair liquid. brush your struck or scratch cd with this liquid and it helps to by pass the sector.at least can watch other parts.

tim_un for me, i think dvd is musc more better than a normal cd. 1. 1 dvd size capacity = 7 CD capacity 2. easy to take 3. faster 4. store more files
