traveling I don't think so. Tea is a kind of healthy drink. If u wanna get energy from coffee, I think it is not a good choice. I don't like coffee and tea. When i feel less energy, i just want to do some exercise.

traveling I think if u often say I love you, some one may wonder "do you say the truth?" So practice makes perfect is not always useful. If i love someone ,it will be hard for me to say I love you. I love somebody but I don't say out.
