What do you do when you can't fall asleep? Today is one of those days when I'm just so excited!! That I can't get to sleep. So, I want to know what you do when you can't fall asleep? Or, how do you make yourself fall asleep?

traylin222 When I can't get to sleep, I read or watch something boring on TV. My 3 kids really wear me out, so I usually don't have problems in the sleep department.
