trizsh -- yes for me it is important. I feel that I'm so energetic when I eat breakfast. And the energy that I am feeling continue until the end of the day. Unlike when I skip breakfast, I'm sleepy in the morning and I can't do my work fast.

trizsh -- yes I still watch TV. Because this is my only recreation time. I've been so busy these past few days so watching TV is my relaxing time.
