"Lazy Eye" for short is my issue. And the thing is my eyes take turns slowing down sometime. But it's mostly my right eye. Are there any home treatments I can do myself? I know some people where patches to focus the weak eye....

cynicalandoutspoken Go to your local pound. Since money is an issue I'm sure you aren't looking for anything AKC registered. But if you want a certain breed I would go with a terrier like Eddie on the show Frasier.

jormins I think terriers and retrievers stay pretty small even as they get old. As for price I think the local pound is the best deal. I think they make you pay for the shots and that's it, otherwise I believe after 30 days they have to kill the animal unfortunately...
