is it true that chocolates are healthy?

some findings say they are, some say they're not, but for me i don't really know, all i know is that its very yummy !...what's your opinion about this?

valenz15 i eat chocolates when im feeling down and stressed out.. and there is a study that stress is the number 1 producer of Free Radicals in our body, when accumulated it produces cancer cells.. so for a worry free and a cancer free body, just be happy, or eat...
