venkat_readingmails hi vijay , first you got to do is that try and search legit sites. for that do enough research and try googling the site.once you've found enough sites to work with try and put full efforts in making something out of the sites.

venkat_readingmails hi nickwu , yes cash fiesta is a scam site, when ever you accumulate enough points , they tend to push you as you have done something illegal and deny you payment.

venkat_readingmails yes you can, there is no such restriction like one account per house hold like in other sites, create as many as accounts you need , but you'll require the same amount of credit cards if you want your account to be verified.
