Paolo88 i didn't really understand everything, but i just received a payment, and probably they charged me of a fee for this money i received. so, is it sure they will take this fee from me? why can i click on the botton "issue refund"? thanks :)

Paolo88 in fact, i don't generally use it for much time every day. i just use it when i need to learn something expecially about internet. so that it is quite difficult for me to reach 10 dollars in a little time.

Paolo88 yes, i didn't ship the object to him, and i won't do it until i don't receive the payment. i can also ignore it, but i must pay the ebay fees the same, even if i don't receive the payment. what could i do to avoid this?
