Jim Bauer So long as you have something to fall back on when you quit financially it's a good decision. Finding remote work is VERY hard to do for most people, and regardless of what kind of job you have, there will ALWAYS be politics.

Hanni Harel @worththeque Welcome to My Lot and hope you enjoy yourself here. Politics in a workplace is very hard to want to work there. 11 years is a long time to be at one place. You need to find something you believe you will like to do. Good luck.

Melissa Well, you have 11 years working experience. I think you could find a job soon. I prefer to do my job with a good teammate, or in other words, cooperated teamate. Luckily, I did it. I think the lucky god goes around me when I find the new job.
