a few nights past and i feel that nights seems longer now than before this past month here in the philippines is it just be because i sleep early than before or you too feel like me about the nights

xiaofengwang When I am tired ,I feel the night is shorter .When I have some insomniac ,I feel the night is longer.Also if I sleep early ,I feel like you about the nights.I often sleep late,then I have a good sleep.

xiaofengwang I am the same to you,I eat a lot ,but I am in good shape.I think the reason is that I like exercise .I play badminton three times one week ,and sometimes I play football .Exercise brings me happiness ,and it is helpful to keep me in shape.
