Do you eat fruits everyday?

It is said that fruits are good for health. So I make a must to eat a fruit everyday or take it in Yoplait. Do you have the habit to eat fruit everyday? Do you think it can replace a whole meal?

xiutongcai Yes, I almost eat fruits everyday, before meal or after meal, apple, orange, banana, sometimes I even eat some fresh vegetable as fruit, such as tomato and cucumber, fruit is part of my life, similar to meal.

xiutongcai My wife talks more than me, so woman talk much more as man do in my family. but I like it, because I talk less, so she can make the family active, when I can't bear her, I often ignore her, so she will talk less when she notices this.
