Here in the Philippines.. Circumcision of men is very sensitive topic and being circumcised here is a culture of our ancestors. Meaning if you are a filipino and your adult men and uncircumcised, you better not tell other people...

xnipher Yes. I an article from other site. There at Australia somewhere 1970s and 1980s circumcision in being discourage by the pediatricians. But in our case filipinos circumcision as i said is like a Culture. Boys here may get the old fashion way of circumcision...

xnipher Well i agree with you.. Prince Charles depends with his luxury to live.. In Manila he can't live here with his popularity... maybe he is popular in other country but not here in the Philippines...... but do some prince or princess work for their very own...
