Has someone lost weight just by taking omega 3 capules. If yes, how may copsules per day should be taken. I have no idea what is Omega 6 and omega 9. I am interested only in Omega 3. Please give your views.

yamskee i dont usually do that, it just happened that there are sugar cones that weren't consumed because some used cups, so i just ate them without the ice cream.. that's waste management. lol
