How do you relax yourself when under stress

Long time being under stress have maked me gloomy and upset. Anything could bore me. I think I should get some action to relax myself. Mybe making a phone call with my friend or jogging in the morning would make me feel good.

What can you buy with the 10$-myLot-payout in your country?

When i get the 10 $ then it would be around 7,50 to 8,00 Euro (Germany, Europe), therefore i could - buy one pizza and a coke in a restaurant or - watch 2 cinema-movies in the early afternoon - buy one of the McValue-Meals...

yangmay I haven't got any money from mylot, but I am looking forward to that coming day. $10 means a lot in my country, China. I could buy a piece of not too much expensive cloth, or several scraves, eating out with my family in a large restaurant.really a lot things...

i believe those people have hearts but they dont know how to love. cause if they do why do they kill, why do they punish other people? that only means they dont have conscience and deserve to be in jail.. in your opinion those...

yangmay i still have difficulty to identify what is love. but for these criminals, for my perspective, they rely on someone they "love" too much.they have almost no other desirable events to hope for like a properous busiess, no other matters costing their devotion...

Dogs are men's best friend. But not for everyone. That so-love pet maybe a cat, a horse or anything else. And we all go through the phase of losing them. How did you cope when your pet died? Did you cry at all?
